Learn about the Vibratory Screener
Our unique screener is designed as an ‘add on’ to fit either the HB100 7.5kw or HB200 15kw pellet mill. It’s main function is to gently move the finished pellet across the stainless steel mesh screen which takes the small fines away from the pellets and cleans and cools the pellets as the move along. The fines are captured underneath the screener for later re-pelleting. The angle of the screen can be adjusted for faster or slower screening of the material.

The screener comes with a clear ‘Hard-plex’ top so you can see your wonderful pellets being cleaned as you produce them.
All surface areas of the screener are made from food grade materials, and as with all our systems come with a 3 year factory warranty against defect.

Our rotary screeners are designed as an ‘add on’ to fit the HB 200-400 (15kw-33kw units) series of pellet mills. Designed for larger volume screening it gently tumbles the finished pellets through the mesh drum which takes the small fines away from the pellets as they move along. The fines are captured underneath the screener for later re-pelleting.
Along with this screening each unit has a fan or a series of fans that blow air across the pellets as they move down the drum assisting with initial cooling of the pellets as they come out of the mill, thus firming them and reducing damage to the pellets.
The rotary screener comes in 2 sizes a one fan version or a larger 4 fan version depending on the product and production range of the mill.

Pellet Silo for Bulk Cooling and Storing
Our larger cooling silos are ideal for customers who want to package their pellets through our bagging system right after pelleting. Or add a level of comfort for those making high temperature pellets as they are cooled right after production and are stored safely without the risk of damage to the pellets.
The silos can be built to accommodate large volume production from 1 tonne to 8 tonne storage.
