All bearings used in our systems are industrial precision heavy-duty and from premium companies SKF/FAG/NSK.

There are no bearings inside the rollers in the mill head, so no need for grease / lubrication every two hours which greatly improves running life of the mill and reduces wear parts dramatically.

The carburization for the gearbox components in the heat treatment process is up to 2mm; which is an industry leading specification.

Precision German CNC machines are used for every component in the Pellet Press; very precise machining leads to reliability and long life of the mill.

All rotating components are lubricated inside the pellet press by oil pumped externally, and the oil temperature is < 50°c at all times, so the life span of the pellet mill is greatly extended and enables 24/7 operation.

Due to the unique construction of the die and mill head area the material moisture can be higher than a typical pellet mill (up to 20%) which saves time and money in the drying process.

Power consumption is very low, saving up to 25% on a typical ring die pellet mill.

The inner chamber of the die is bigger than the standard ring die pellet mill so the capacity is increased by 30% on our mills.
